We are known for providing eye care to the youngest of children. Our office is equipped with instruments that allow us to assess even an infant's eyesight. Our digital chart system uses pictures that aid the doctors in determining the prescription in any patient that may be non-verbal or has difficulty communicating. 

We recommend all children have an exam between 6 months and 1 year. If no concerns are identified, we recommend another exam at 3 years old, and again prior to entering kindergarten. This can help determine that the visual system is developing properly, and identify problems before they may have a negative impact on the child's vision or ability to learn. Some children may require more frequent examinations due to certain visual conditions.
